Senior Information Technology Executive
As a passionate and inquisitive IT professional, I am captivated by the vast possibilities of technology in overcoming obstacles and fueling innovation. With a solid background in analytical problem-solving and a thorough understanding of IT management principles, I excel in dynamic settings where intricate challenges require inventive and forward-thinking solutions.
Journey
My journey into the world of technology began in late 1996—a time when the internet was still a curiosity and the sound of a dial-up modem was the soundtrack of discovery. I was lucky enough to get my hands on an IBM 300PL Type 6862 running Windows 95. It was clunky, loud, and utterly fascinating. From the moment I heard that machine whir to life, I was hooked.
As the years rolled on, so did my curiosity. I graduated to an Acer Aspire 7121, powered by a Pentium II 400MHz processor and 256 MB of RAM—a powerhouse in its day. I dual-booted it with Windows XP and Slackware 9.0, exploring both worlds and learning how systems tick from the inside out. It was during those late nights, staring into the glow of the monitor, that I truly fell in love with open-source and the freedom it offered.
Eventually, I stepped into the quad-core era with an Acer E700, equipped with an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.40 GHz. It ran Windows 7 and Debian 4 side by side—two very different ecosystems that taught me the value of versatility and the importance of understanding both mainstream and alternative systems.
Looking back, each machine wasn't just hardware—it was a chapter in a lifelong fascination with how technology shapes the world and empowers the curious.
Explore
The exploration began with web design — crafting interfaces with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms. But curiosity led deeper, into the logic of programming and the structure of backend development.
As systems grew, so did the challenges. Managing servers and keeping them running smoothly ushered in a phase of system administration. That, in turn, revealed the importance of cybersecurity, prompting a dive into threat prevention, ethical hacking, and defense strategies.
Next came DevOps — a natural evolution toward automation, CI/CD pipelines, and streamlined deployment. It was about speed, reliability, and making development more efficient.
Eventually, the focus shifted from tools to people — stepping into IT management, aligning technology with business goals, and leading teams through the same path once walked alone.
Each role added a new perspective, but the mission stayed the same: keep learning, keep building, and keep evolving.
